Arrive Varanasi

On arrival at Varanasi airport to meet & greet by our representative who will help you with an assisted transfer to your pre-allotted hotel. Complete the check-in process and get over tiredness. Varanasi is the most prominent pilgrimage site for Hindus and is famous as the 'Spiritual Capital of India'. Thousands of tourists come here to attain salvation. This city is also known as Kashi. This is an auspicious place which is believed to grant moksha and liberate one from the cycle of life and birth. As per the mythology, this is the city of Lord Shiva. In the evening, you will proceed to attend the Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. This mesmerizing ceremony is the combination of immense grandeur and opulence. Priests line up to perform the aarti while lighting up thousands of lamps in front of the River Ganges. After that, come back and enjoy a sound sleep at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Varanasi.

Varanasi (sightseeing)

Get up early in the morning and head out to enjoy a boat ride on the river Ganges. You will witness the view of the world awake with the sun and people performing the daily rituals at the Ghats. Savor the sumptuous breakfast and visit numerous holy temples of Varanasi. Firstly, visit Durga Temple which is located in the Durga Kund, and is dedicated to the Goddess Durga. It was constructed by a Bengali Maharani in the 18th-century. The statue of Goddess Durga appeared on its own in this temple. It is believed that Durga Maa always protects Varanasi from problems. Then, move to the Tulsi Manas Temple which was constructed in 1964 and is dedicated to Lord Rama. This temple is installed at the same place where Goswami Tulsi Das had written an ancient Hindu Epic Ramcharitamanas. It exhibits various inscriptions on the walls that come from the Ramcharitmanas. After that, go to Birla Mandir. Flaunting the tallest temple tower in the world, the shrine is also called as the new Vishwanath Temple. Subsequently, you will explore Vishalakshi Temple which is situated at Mir Ghat and is one of the 51 Shakti Peetha. This temple is dedicated to Goddess Vishalakshi Devi, a divine form of Goddess Sati. Thereafter, pay a visit to the Annapurneshwari Temple which is also called as Annapurna Temple. This shrine is dedicated to the Annapoorna Mata, the Goddess of Food, and one of the forms of Goddess Parvati. Now, seek the blessings at Shri Kashi Vishwanath Jyotirlinga Temple, also called the Golden Temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The almighty is known as Vishweshwara here that means the 'Ruler of Universe'. It was constructed by the Maratha Monarch, Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar in 1780 and considered as a much-revered pilgrimage site for the Hindus. It is believed that Lord Shiva resided here and always offers happiness and liberation to all. Afterward, you will leave for Sarnath which is 10 km away from Varanasi. It is one of the 4 holiest places for the Buddhists. It is the place where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon and is well-known for the mystical setting, museums, beautiful temples, numerous Buddhist stupas. The magnificent monuments are Chaukhandi, Dharmarajika, and Dhamek Stupas. Overnight stay at the hotel in Varanasi.

Varanasi – Allahabad (120 Kms/02.5 Hrs)

Once you have your breakfast, get transported to Allahabad by road. Once you reach, check- into your hotel. After lunch, leave for visiting Allahabad Sangam. Known as Triveni Sangam, this place is the meeting point of three rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati.  It is said that one who takes a dip in this water, washes away all his sins. Later, visit the nearby temples. Stay Overnight.

Remarks On Itenary

Day 04 : Allahabad - Ayodhaya – Faizabad (170 Kms/04 Hrs)

Once you have your breakfast on the 8th day of the tour, leave for Faizabad by road. En-route, halt at Ayodhya, otherwise known as Saket- also the birth place of Lord Rama. You can visit attractions such as Sita ki Rasoi, Hanuman Garhi, Treta ka Thakur etc. Proceed to Faizabad. On arrival, check-into your hotel and later visit Faizabad’s attractions such as Gulab bari, Tulsi Udyan etc. Stay overnight.

Ayodhya is a city situated on the banks of holy river Saryu. In the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, It is the headquarter of Ayodhya District and Ayodhya division. Ayodhya, also known as Saket, is an ancient city of India, is the birthplace of Bhagwan Shri Ram and setting of the great epic Ramayana.  Ayodhya used to be the capital of the ancient Kosala Kingdom. It has an average elevation of 93 meters (305 feet).

Owing to the belief as the birthplace of Bhagwan Shri Ram, Ayodhya (Awadhpuri) has been regarded as first one of the seven most important pilgrimage sites (Mokshdayini Sapt Puris) for Hindus.

Day 05: Faizabad – Varanasi (220 Kms/05 Hrs)

Once you have your breakfast, leave for Varanasi by road.  On arrival drop to Varanasi Airport/railway station for your onwards journey.

General Terms and Conditions for Booking

  • Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
  • All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
  • 5% GST is applicable to the package cost.
  • Standard check in time at the hotels is 12 PM and check out time is 9 AM.
  • The Vehicle will be available only till 8 PM.
  • Meals other than those specified are an exclusion to the package.
  • Vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
  • ACs don't work in Hilly Areas as the climate is moderate.
  • Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
  • Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
  • Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
  • Govt. Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
  • All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
  • Prices might greatly vary on Blackout Dates(special dates like Diwali, Christmas, New Years, etc). In order to get the best rates for these days you can connect with us directly.
  • The prices may vary based on the season time and the number of travellers travelling per day in a specific region as there is limited hotel availability in hilly areas.
  • Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer's request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
  • Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
  • Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
  • TravelWholeIndia reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
  • Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond TravelwholeIndia's control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
  • In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor TravelwholeIndia will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
  • The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour unless specified exclusively in the inclusions of the product.
  • The driver might turn off the AC on hilly terrains as it might become difficult to drive on such roads.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
